Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

Welcome to the Platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered image and video generation platform.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Account Registration

Generation features are available only to registered users.

Supported authentication methods:

  • Google OAuth;
  • Telegram Login;
  • Email with a one-time verification code (OTP).

Passwords are not used or stored.

4. User Account and Sessions

We maintain information about linked authentication methods, login sessions, IP addresses, devices, browsers and activity timestamps.

Sessions expire after 14 days of inactivity and never remain active longer than 60 days.

5. AI Generation Services

The Platform allows users to create AI-generated images and videos using predefined templates.

Users upload reference images or videos. Text prompts are not available.

Generation may be refused if uploaded content violates applicable policies or third-party AI provider requirements.

6. Tokens (Credits)

The Platform operates using an internal virtual currency called Tokens (Credits).

Tokens:

  • cannot be withdrawn;
  • cannot be exchanged for fiat or cryptocurrency;
  • cannot be transferred or sold;
  • have no expiration date.

Negative balances are not permitted.

7. Payments

Tokens are purchased using supported fiat currencies or cryptocurrency through third-party hosted payment providers.

We never collect or store payment card details or cryptocurrency payment credentials.

The internal accounting currency is USD.

Displayed token prices are based on the applicable exchange rate (currently 1 USD = 100 Tokens). Future exchange-rate changes apply only to future purchases.

8. Free Generations

Eligible users may receive up to three free generations per UTC day for templates where free generation is enabled.

Free generations do not consume Tokens.

9. Refunds for Failed Generations

Tokens are deducted only after successful generation.

If a technical failure occurs after deduction due to our systems, the corresponding amount may be refunded in Tokens.

No monetary refund is provided through the Platform.

10. Promotions

The Platform may offer promotional codes, bonus Tokens and referral rewards.

Promotional Tokens may be subject to additional conditions.

11. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload.

You grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process and use uploaded materials solely for operating and improving the Service.

12. Generated Content

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring your use does not infringe third-party rights.

13. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • violate laws;
  • upload unlawful or infringing material;
  • interfere with the Platform;
  • abuse promotional systems;
  • attempt unauthorized access.

14. Intellectual Property

All software, templates, branding and Platform technology remain our exclusive property.

15. Suspension

We may suspend or permanently block accounts violating these Terms.

Account deletion is not supported. Suspended account information and history may be retained.

16. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

18. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
